Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RegaliaHub, we strive to deliver high-quality educational content and a smooth experience for every learner. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same product or service, or are mistakenly billed, we will issue a full refund.
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent access to a purchased MasterPack and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days.
  • Wrong product access: If you receive access to the wrong course, and notify us within 3 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If you’ve already accessed or downloaded significant parts of the content
  • If you claim dissatisfaction after completing a major portion of the content
  • If you fail to apply a discount code at the time of purchase

Note: By completing a purchase, you agree to these conditions and waive the right to refunds outside of the stated eligibility criteria.


2. REQUESTING A REFUND

To request a refund, please email us at support@regaliahub.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


3. CANCELLATIONS

As our products are delivered manually, please note that access to MasterPacks or learning resources may take up to 1–2 business days from the time of payment confirmation.

Once payment is confirmed and processing begins, we do not support cancellation.

For subscriptions or auto-renewing services (if any), you can cancel anytime before the renewal date through your account settings or by writing to support@regaliahub.com.


4. PROCESSING TIME

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.


5. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this refund and cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with the new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
